Payment Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This Payment Policy explains how Skyfare Holiday accepts and processes payments for holiday packages, add-on services, and visa assistance. By making any payment to Skyfare Holiday you agree to the terms below and to our Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
- Domestic and international credit / debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- Net-banking through all major Indian banks
- NEFT / RTGS / IMPS bank transfers to Skyfare Holiday’s registered bank account
- Wallets (Paytm, MobiKwik, Amazon Pay) — where enabled by our payment gateway partner
All online payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Skyfare Holiday does not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on its servers.
2. Booking & Advance Payment
A confirmed booking exists only after you have paid the required advance and received a written confirmation invoice from Skyfare Holiday. Depending on the package and travel dates, the advance is typically 25–50% of the total package cost. Peak season, group departures, and premium properties may require higher advances, which will be communicated in writing before payment.
3. Balance Payment Schedule
- Domestic packages: balance is due 15 days before travel date.
- International packages: balance is due 30 days before travel date.
- Peak-season / group / cruise packages: balance may be due 45–60 days before departure — the exact schedule is stated on your invoice.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the advance, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
4. Currency & Taxes
All prices displayed on the Skyfare Holiday website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes and government levies (GST, TCS where applicable) are indicated on the package detail page and on your final invoice. International cards may attract cross-border and currency-conversion fees charged by the issuing bank; these are borne by the customer.
5. Payment Confirmation & Receipt
You will receive an official invoice by email within 24 working hours of a successful payment. Please retain this invoice for reference — it will be required for any future queries, changes, or refunds. If you do not receive the invoice within 24 hours, please email support@skyfareholidays.in or call +91 8753904046.
6. Failed & Duplicate Payments
If a payment is deducted from your account but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will be auto-reversed by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days. Duplicate payments made against the same booking are refunded to the original payment method within the same window on written request. Skyfare Holiday is not liable for delays caused by the customer’s bank or payment provider.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any dispute regarding a payment must be raised with Skyfare Holiday in writing within 7 days of the transaction date. We work in good faith with customers and payment gateways to resolve disputes fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks — where a service has been delivered and the customer initiates a bank reversal — may result in cancellation of the booking, non-refund of amounts paid, and reporting to the concerned authorities.
8. Security
All payment pages are served over HTTPS. Card details are tokenised by our payment gateway partner and never touch Skyfare Holiday servers. We enforce Two-Factor / OTP authentication on all card and net-banking payments, in line with RBI norms.
