1. Bookings

Enquiry and booking requests submitted through the website are treated as expressions of interest. A confirmed booking exists only after Skyfare has issued a written confirmation and received the required advance payment.

2. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the package detail page. Pricing may vary based on travel dates, availability, room categories, and applicable surcharges.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

The inclusions and exclusions listed on each package are indicative. Please refer to the confirmed invoice for the exact scope of your booking.

4. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and other travel documents. Skyfare can assist with visa services but does not guarantee visa approval.

5. Liability

Skyfare acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport, activities). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including package descriptions, itineraries, photographs, and PDF materials — is owned by Skyfare Holiday or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state where Skyfare’s registered office is located.
